Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property & Investment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling off-plan properties, build strong relationships with clients and developers, and guide buyers through the entire property investment journey while achieving sales targets. Freshers with a passion for sales and real estate are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and company-provided leads.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities, project launches, and payment plans.
• Conduct property presentations, developer meetings, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Negotiate and close sales while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in off-plan real estate is an advantage but not required.
• Freshers who are passionate about sales and real estate are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience is a plus.
• RERA certification and a UAE driving license are advantageous but not mandatory.
