Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on construction site management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per engineering drawings and specifications</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow</li><li>Ensure the timely availability of materials and resources at the site</li><li>Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines</li><li>Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management</li><li>Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines</li><li>Identify site issues and provide timely technical solutions</li><li>Verify measurements and assist in billing and documentation</li><li>Maintain records of site inspections, material usage, equipment, and labor productivity</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and civil engineering standards</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and site management tools</li><li>Good communication and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and resolve site-related challenges</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Willingness to work on-site full-time</li><li>Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in civil?</li><li>Are you located in Kochi?</li><li>Do you have experience in multi storey buildings?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
