Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on construction site management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per engineering drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure the timely availability of materials and resources at the site
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines
• Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines
• Identify site issues and provide timely technical solutions
• Verify measurements and assist in billing and documentation
• Maintain records of site inspections, material usage, equipment, and labor productivity

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and civil engineering standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Proficient in MS Office and site management tools
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve site-related challenges

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work on-site full-time
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
