The Sales &amp; Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, promoting the company&rsquo;s interior fit-out services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves coordinating with design, estimation, and project teams to convert leads into successful projects.Key Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality).</li><li>Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable company solutions.</li><li>Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the estimation and design teams.</li><li>Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closing of contracts.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Promotion<ul><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s interior fit-out services, portfolio, and brand in the market.</li><li>Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.</li><li>Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.</li><li>Maintain and update company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact during the pre-contract stage.</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and contracts.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, project management) to ensure smooth project handover.</li><li>Support project teams during execution when required for client communication.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in interior fit-out or construction industry.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and fit-out scopes.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.</li><li>UAE driving license is preferred.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Strong networking abilities</li><li>Time management and organizational skills</li><li>Results-driven mindset</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
