Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, promoting the company’s interior fit-out services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves coordinating with design, estimation, and project teams to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality).
  • Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable company solutions.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the estimation and design teams.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closing of contracts.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Promote the company’s interior fit-out services, portfolio, and brand in the market.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Maintain and update company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact during the pre-contract stage.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and contracts.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, project management) to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Support project teams during execution when required for client communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in interior fit-out or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and fit-out scopes.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
