The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, promoting the company’s interior fit-out services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves coordinating with design, estimation, and project teams to convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality).
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable company solutions.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the estimation and design teams.
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closing of contracts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Marketing & Promotion
- Promote the company’s interior fit-out services, portfolio, and brand in the market.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
- Maintain and update company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact during the pre-contract stage.
- Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and contracts.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, project management) to ensure smooth project handover.
- Support project teams during execution when required for client communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and fit-out scopes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
