Role Description الملخص العام للوظيفة

This is a full-time, on-site role for a محاسب عملاء (Accounts Receivable Accountant) based in Riyadh. The Accounts Receivable Accountant will manage invoicing, track receivables, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely collection payments from clients. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing account discrepancies, and preparing monthly accounts receivable reports. The candidate will also collaborate with the finance team and support communication with clients to address and resolve billing queries efficiently.

هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في مقر العمل لمحاسب العملاء في الرياض. سيقوم محاسب العملاء بمتابعة المستحقات، ومطابقة الحسابات، وضمان تحصيل المدفوعات من العملاء في الوقت المحدد. تشمل مهام الوظيفة حفظ سجلات مالية دقيقة، وتحليل أي اختلافات في الحسابات، وإعداد تقارير حسابات القبض الشهرية. كما سيتعاون المرشح مع الفريق المالي ويدعم التواصل مع العملاء لمعالجة استفسارات الفواتير وحلها.

Qualifications

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية

 خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال محاسبة العملاء أو المحاسبة العامة في السوق السعودي

 إجادة تامة للعمل على برامج المحاسبة ويفضل أنظمة (ERP)

مهارة متقدمة في استخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel (الجداول المحورية، المعادلات)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer or general accounting in Saudi market

Proficiency in accounting software, preferably ERP systems

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
