محاسب مطلوب في جدة/ Accountant

تعلن المؤسسة عن حاجتها إلى محاسب للعمل بدوام كامل.

الشروط:

إجادة استخدام الأنظمة والبرامج المحاسبية.

إجادة استخدام Excel وبرامج Microsoft Office.

القدرة على إعداد التقارير المالية ومتابعة الحسابات بدقة.

وجود خبرة في الشركات التجارية أو قطاع التجزئة.

إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

المهام الوظيفية:

تسجيل العمليات المالية اليومية.

إعداد القيود اليومية ومراجعتها.

متابعة حسابات الموردين والعملاء.

إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية.

متابعة الرواتب والمصاريف والسلف.

مطابقة أرصدة البنوك والصندوق.

متابعة المخزون وربطه مع النظام المحاسبي.

استخدام النظام المحاسبي بشكل يومي والتأكد من صحة البيانات.

المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية ومتابعة المصروفات.

أرشفة المستندات والفواتير وتنظيم الملفات.

The company is seeking a full-time Accountant.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in using accounting systems and software.

- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office programs.

- Ability to prepare financial reports and accurately monitor accounts.

- Previous experience in commercial companies or the retail sector.

- Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Job Responsibilities:

- Record daily financial transactions.

- Prepare and review journal entries.

- Follow up on supplier and customer accounts.

- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

- Monitor salaries, expenses, and employee advances.

- Reconcile bank accounts and cash balances.

- Monitor inventory and integrate it with the accounting system.

- Use the accounting system daily and ensure data accuracy.

- Assist in preparing the budget and monitoring expenses.

- Archive documents and invoices and organize files.

Pay: From ﷼3,000.00 per month
