Human Resources Manager – Full-time | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Are you a people-focused leader passionate about building strong teams and shaping a positive workplace culture? We’re looking for an HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and drive strategic HR initiatives that empower our people and support our business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Saudi Labor Law.
• Support department heads in workforce planning and talent development.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits to ensure accuracy and fairness.
• Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Collaborate with executive management to align HR strategy with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
