About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team and lead our HR strategy in alignment with Qiddiya’s goals. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can influence and execute HR solutions that support business growth, employee retention, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR leadership and support to designated business units, acting as a key partner to senior management.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and cultural transformation by aligning employee policies and practices with business objectives.
  • Lead talent management processes including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Identify and address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and productivity.
  • Implement HR programs and initiatives, including training and development, employee wellness, and engagement activities.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making purposes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations in HR management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • A strong passion for fostering employee engagement and unlocking talent potential.
