Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the entire sales function across the company.

This is a senior leadership role focused on building high-performing sales teams, developing sales leaders, and driving long-term revenue growth through structured strategy and execution.

The Sales Director will be responsible for managing all sales divisions, setting strategic direction, and ensuring continuous performance improvement at both team and leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the entire sales department , including all sub-sales divisions and teams.
  • Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies, growth plans, and performance frameworks .
  • Manage, mentor, and develop sales managers and department heads .
  • Establish clear KPIs, targets, reporting structures, and performance dashboards .
  • Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective and development plans .
  • Design and lead sales training, coaching, and leadership development initiatives .
  • Collaborate with executive management to support business expansion and strategic growth.
  • Ensure sales processes are standardized, documented, and scalable.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or senior sales leadership role .
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy, performance management, and leadership development .
  • Demonstrated success in building and developing sales leaders , not just sales teams.
  • Experience managing multiple sales divisions or channels .
  • Industry-specific experience is not required .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
