مدير مشاريع

الموقع: المملكة العربية السعودية

المدينة:  المدينة المنورة + أسبوع من كل شهر في تبوك  

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف الكامل على تنفيذ المشاريع من مرحلة التخطيط وحتى التسليم النهائي، وضمان تنفيذها وفق الجداول الزمنية والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.
• إعداد خطط العمل وتوزيع المهام على فرق التنفيذ والمقاولين من الباطن.
• مراجعة واعتماد المخططات التنفيذية والرسومات الهندسية بالتنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمصممين.
• إدارة ميزانية المشروع والتحكم في التكاليف لضمان عدم تجاوز الميزانية المعتمدة.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية عن تقدم العمل ورفعها للإدارة العليا أو الجهة المالكة.
• التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى مثل إدارة المشتريات، المالية، والتخطيط لضمان تكامل العمل في المشروع.
• متابعة تنفيذ معايير الجودة والسلامة في الموقع، والتأكد من الالتزام بكافة اشتراطات الجهات التنظيمية.
• حل المشكلات الفنية أو الإدارية التي قد تعيق تقدم المشروع، واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة بشكل سريع وفعّال.
• الإشراف على استلام المواد والمعدات، والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات.
• تمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 15 سنة في شركات المقاولات، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل كمدير مشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
• حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية من جامعة معتمدة.
• إلمام تام بأنظمة العمل والأنظمة البلدية والاشتراطات الفنية الخاصة بالمشاريع في السعودية.
• مهارات قيادية عالية وقدرة على إدارة فرق العمل والمقاولين من الباطن.
• إجادة استخدام البرامج الهندسية والإدارية مثل (AutoCAD، Primavera، MS Project).
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية، ويفضّل من لديه إلمام باللغة الإنجليزية.

Distinct Homes for Contracting is a classified construction company and serves as the contracting arm of Modern Homes for Real Estate Development — a leading developer of numerous housing and investment projects across the Central, Northern, Western, and Eastern regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are currently hiring for the position of:

Project Manager

📍 Location: , Saudi Arabia

City: Al Madinah + one week per month in Tabuk

Job Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of project execution from planning stages to final delivery, ensuring compliance with schedules and approved technical specifications.
• Preparing work plans and allocating tasks to execution teams and subcontractors.
• Reviewing and approving execution plans and engineering drawings in coordination with consultants and designers.
• Managing project budgets and controlling costs to ensure they do not exceed approved limits.
• Preparing periodic progress reports and submitting them to senior management or the project owner.
• Coordinating with other departments such as procurement, finance, and planning to ensure project integration.
• Monitoring quality and safety standards on site, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Resolving technical or administrative issues that may impede project progress, making prompt and effective decisions.
• Supervising the receipt of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet specifications.
• Representing the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in contracting companies, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university.
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi labor laws, municipal regulations, and technical requirements related to projects.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage work teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency in engineering and management software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic; knowledge of English is preferred.
