Operation Manager

The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role involves strategic planning, business development, financial management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams to achieve the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise day-to-day operations of the company.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve business goals.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence.
• Monitor resource allocation, manpower planning, procurement, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads, project managers, and site teams.
• Prepare and present progress reports, business performance updates, and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Act as company representative in negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in the construction industry with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of project management, financial control, contracts, and business development.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
