الوصف الوظيفي:

مسّاح يتمتع بخبرة مهنية في تنفيذ وإدارة الأعمال المساحية للمشاريع الإنشائية، ابتداءً من أعمال الرفع والتوقيع وحتى متابعة التنفيذ، مع ضمان أعلى مستويات الدقة والالتزام بالمخططات والمواصفات الفنية، وتحقيق متطلبات الجودة والجدول الزمني للمشروع، وذلك وفق الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ أعمال الرفع المساحي للمواقع قبل وأثناء وبعد التنفيذ.
• توقيع المحاور والمناسيب طبقًا للمخططات المعتمدة.
• متابعة الأعمال المساحية أثناء التنفيذ والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية.
• إعداد التقارير المساحية الدورية ورفعها لإدارة المشروع.
• استخدام أجهزة المساحة بكفاءة (Total Station، GPS، ميزان القامة).
• التنسيق المستمر مع مهندسي المشروع وفريق التنفيذ بالموقع.
• رصد ومعالجة أي انحرافات مساحية وإبلاغ الإدارة المختصة.
• حفظ وتوثيق البيانات والخرائط المساحية للمشاريع.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أعمال المساحة، ويفضل في المشاريع الإنشائية.
• دبلوم أو بكالوريوس مساحة أو هندسة مدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• إجادة استخدام أجهزة وبرامج المساحة.
• القدرة على العمل الميداني وتحمل ضغط العمل.
• مهارات تواصل فعّالة والعمل ضمن فريق.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to manage and execute surveying tasks for construction projects, from initial site surveys to monitoring ongoing execution. The role requires ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, compliance with approved plans and technical specifications, adherence to quality standards and project timelines, and working in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform site surveys before, during, and after construction.
• Set out axes and levels according to approved plans.
• Monitor surveying work during execution to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Prepare and submit periodic surveying reports to the project management team.
• Operate surveying equipment efficiently (Total Station, GPS, leveling instruments).
• Coordinate with project engineers and site execution teams.
• Identify and resolve any surveying discrepancies and report to management.
• Maintain and document survey data and project maps.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying, preferably in construction projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in using surveying equipment and software.
• Ability to work on-site and handle fieldwork pressure.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
