Horizon Justice Law Firm is seeking to recruit distinguished legal talent to join its team in Riyadh for the position of "Legal Consultant" .

Responsibilities:

• Study case files, prepare comprehensive summaries, and discuss them with the responsible lawyer.
• Draft legal memos, pleadings, and documents for cases handled by the firm.
• Provide specialized and in-depth legal advice across various legal fields.
• Analyze complex legal issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and studies on specific topics as requested by the firm or its clients.
• Provide detailed legal analyses and recommendations based on solid legal foundations.
• Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure legal integrity and protect client interests.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide the necessary recommendations to mitigate them.
• Provide legal support to lawyers by analyzing cases and offering formal legal opinions.
• Monitor the latest legal and judicial developments and share knowledge with the firm's team.
• Contribute to the development of internal legal policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in law firms.
• experience in the Legal Real Estate sector.
• Full proficiency in the English language (both spoken and written).
