JOB PURPOSE
Monitor and supervise all assets during the life cycle of asset through field inspections, selective and
comprehensive inventory and follow up the contracting requests for materials and destruction requests. In
addition to following-up assets information on technical systems during all stages ,ensure the sustainability and
accuracy and prepare the necessary reports.

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Follow-up the requests to return assets to warehouses, and coordinate with the relevant departments
# Supervise the Authority's lands register and update the data in the systems according to the changes in
coordination with the concerned authorities
# Implement the field survey plan on the Authority's lands, indicate the utilization rate and submit the reports to
the concerned authorities
# Register and value the Authority's lands in coordination with the Dubai Municipality, the Land Department
and the concerned authorities
# Implement and supervise the field visits to evaluate assets status and raise the necessary reports
# follow up the committee works regarding assets life cycle and ensure maximizing the value and performance.
# Perform other related responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
# Implement the field inspection plan to Check the status of technical and operational assets in all departments.
# Follow up the application of corrective procedures for unused assets by the departments and reporting
thereon.
# Implement the procedures for assets scrapping requests in the Maximo system and implement the field visit
to the sites of assets to verify and indicate their technical and operational status and submit the necessary
reports for approval.
# Follow-up assets transfer information to all departments of the Authority and its subsidiaries, develop
transport and governance procedures through the Maximo system and review the bills.
# Prepare the plan of selective inventory ,supervise the implementation, and submit reports on the results of the
inventory to the concerned authority.
# Follow-up the disposal of all assets and materials in the GRP system and coordinate with the Finance
Department.
# Create contractual orders for sealing of all assets and materials in the Maximo system, and coordinate with
the procurement Department.

# Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized University
