‏⁦Design Lead Architect (Hands-On)

Real Estate Developer | Saudi Arabia (Makkah)

We are a real estate development company based in Saudi Arabia, looking for a hands-on architect to personally design and lead small to mid-scale residential projects.

This is a design-focused role, not a managerial position.

You will personally produce architectural design and own the architectural decisions, while external licensed consultants handle permitting and IFC documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design architectural concepts, massing, unit layouts, and building facades

• Develop projects up to Design Development level

• Define and maintain the architectural design direction

• Review and guide external consultants

• Ensure designs are efficient, buildable, and market-oriented

Requirements

• 7–18 years of professional architectural experience

• Hands-on architectural design experience is essential

• Strong residential / housing background

• Involvement in built or under-construction projects

• Good working knowledge of Revit

• Portfolio clearly showing personal design contribution
