Interior & Exterior Architectural Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer specializing in both interior and exterior design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, creative vision, and in-depth knowledge of regulatory standards within Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
• 7–10 years of proven experience in architectural design and execution
• Comprehensive knowledge of:
• Municipality regulations & approvals (Baladiya)
• City authority requirements across KSA
• Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant standards
• Strong expertise in:
• AutoCAD (2D drafting & detailing)
• Autodesk Revit (BIM modeling & coordination)
• Autodesk 3ds Max (3D visualization & rendering)
• Experience in handling authority submissions and approvals
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations for interior and exterior projects
• Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations and SBC requirements
• Prepare and review:
• Shop drawings
• As-built drawings
• Material submittals
• Coordinate with:
• Structural, MEP, and project teams
• Clients, consultants, and contractors
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of design packages
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation accuracy
• Support project approvals with municipalities and regulatory authorities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows
• Strong presentation and visualization skills
