We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Riyadh team. This role will drive in-store and field sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue targets through consultative selling and excellent service. Core Accountabilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Proactively engage with customers to understand needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

Deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, tailoring presentations to customer preferences and use cases.

Territory & Account Management:

Manage assigned territory or store accounts, maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer relationships, and develop a pipeline of new opportunities.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive repeat purchases.

Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders, manage stock levels, and ensure timely delivery where applicable.

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

Meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs, including revenue, conversion rate, and average transaction value.

Record daily sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the company CRM or reporting tools.

Prepare regular updates for sales leadership highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Product & Market Knowledge:

Maintain strong knowledge of product ranges, promotions, and competitive landscape to communicate value effectively.

Provide customer feedback and market insights to inform merchandising, product development, and marketing initiatives.

Participate in product training and development sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product expertise.

Compliance & Brand Representation:

Adhere to company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal/regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Ensure accurate handling of cash, POS transactions, and documentation in line with company procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:

1+ years of sales experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles; experience in the Riyadh market is a plus.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Familiarity with CRM systems and point-of-sale terminals is preferred.
