A specialized Architect responsible for the design and planning of laboratories and medical facilities in compliance with healthcare regulations, engineering standards, and operational requirements. The role ensures efficient workflow planning, infection control compliance, life-safety integration, and full coordination with MEP and medical systems to deliver fully functional and compliant healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs (Concept, Schematic, IFC stages)
• Plan laboratory zoning and workflow layouts
• Ensure compliance with healthcare codes and regulatory requirements
• Design clean rooms, isolation rooms, and controlled environments
• Coordinate closely with MEP, medical gas, and low-current systems
• Prepare architectural specifications and BOQs
• Review and approve shop drawings
• Support site supervision and technical meetings
• Required Software Skills:
• AutoCAD
• Revit (BIM)
• Navisworks (Clash Detection)
• SketchUp
• Lumion or 3ds Max (Rendering)
• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
