Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-level architecture and solutions.

• Define technology strategy and roadmap.

• Provide technical leadership across projects.

• Ensure scalability, security, and best practices.

• Guide development teams on architecture standards.

• Engage with business leaders and stakeholders.

• Lead platform governance and architecture reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.

• Strong ServiceNow platform expertise.

• Experience in large-scale system design.

• Architecture governance and solution design experience.

• Stakeholder management and strategy development.

Preferred

• CTA (Certified Technical Architect) – ServiceNow.

• CMA Certification in ServiceNow.

• Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs
