1. Project management responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within the defined scope.
2. Oversee all aspects of the project. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project.
3. Prepare weekly reports and submit them to the Project Manager regarding the project status.
4. Prepare monthly reports according to the approved format and submit them to the owner.
5. Prepare and approve contractors’ payment certificates and submit them to the Project Manager.
6. Conduct daily inspections for all works on site.
7. Review and approve shop drawings and materials, and coordinate with other departments through the Project Manager.
8. Prepare all required documentation (contracts, logs, inspection reports, payment documents, submittals, schedules, etc.).
9. Follow up and update the project schedule and cash flow.
10. Prepare all required documents for project handover.
11. Prepare all official letters, emails, and reports related to the project.
12. Follow up and maintain the project filing system and ensure it is updated.
13. Follow up on all safety-related issues on site.
