The EVC Account Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth and accelerating market penetration in the assigned region. The role focuses on expanding EVC business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and securing key accounts to achieve significant market share. The ideal candidate brings a proven sales track record, strong industry network, and the ability to lead complex commercial and technical bid processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve significant market share and strengthen the company's position in the EVC segment.
  • Accelerate market entry and growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
  • Identify, target, and acquire strategic customers including CPOs, EPCs, government entities, fleet operators, utilities, developers, and enterprise clients.
  • Coordinate, manage, and submit high-quality technical and commercial bid proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, and contract conditions aligned with business objectives and profitability targets.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, track margins, and manage sales performance to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the region - a critical requirement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements, competitive data, and market trends to translate into actionable sales and product strategies.
  • Monitor regional EV charging policies, regulatory frameworks, and certification requirements impacting business development.
  • Work collaboratively with Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, Technical Solutions, and After-Sales teams to support deal execution and project delivery.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, industry events, and product launch activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic as working languages; strong communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in EV charging sales and leadership experience in MEA market - critical requirement.
  • Proven track record as a sales leader with measurable business growth achievements.
  • Must have an established and strong relationship network with key clients across the region - critical requirement.
  • Excellent understanding of sales strategy, business development practices, and market go-to-market execution.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong legal and contractual understanding; experienced working with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams on contract review, risk control, and execution.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% or more).
  • Highly responsible, self-driven, result-oriented, and able to perform.
  • Team player with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
