Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler / Operations Coordinator to manage our production calendar, coordinate crews and customers, and keep all jobs moving on time. The ideal candidate has strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and advanced comfort using Monday.com and Housecall Pro to manage scheduling, task tracking, and job updates. This person must understand the construction process, communicate clearly with internal teams and clients, and be highly organized. Experience using Monday.com and Housecall Pro is required or strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Build, maintain, and update the construction schedule for active and upcoming projects • Coordinate labor, subcontractors, inspections, materials, and customer appointments • Track job status from start to finish and adjust schedules based on delays, weather, material availability, or field changes • Keep Monday.com and Housecall Pro updated with accurate job information, task status, and schedule changes • Communicate clearly with crews, vendors, customers, and leadership regarding schedule updates • Confirm job readiness before crews are dispatched • Monitor open tasks, follow up on incomplete items, and help prevent scheduling conflicts or downtime • Create and maintain scheduling templates, workflow processes, and reports • Support production planning and escalation of issues that could affect deadlines or customer satisfaction Day-to-Day Tasks: • Review sold jobs and determine scheduling priority • Confirm materials, permits, inspections, and crew availability before booking work • Schedule jobs, assign teams, and update arrival windows as needed • Reschedule work when project conditions change • Send schedule updates to customers and internal teams • Track progress through Monday.com and Housecall Pro • Follow up on missing information, delayed jobs, and incomplete tasks • Provide schedule reports or production updates to management Qualifications: • 3 to 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling, dispatching, project coordination, or production management • Strong understanding of residential or light commercial construction workflows • Hands-on experience with Monday.com • Hands-on experience with Housecall Pro • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills • Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once • Comfortable working with both office staff and field crews • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Who You Are: The ideal candidate is part scheduler, part coordinator, and part problem-solver. You understand construction sequencing well enough to know what must happen before a job can be scheduled. You're comfortable using software to keep the process organized and visible. You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and keep multiple moving parts aligned.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
