Job Opening – Human Resources Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all daily and strategic HR operations.

- Full familiarity with Saudi HR government platforms:

-(Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Tamm, Balady, Salamah, etc.)

- Lead recruitment and manpower planning processes.

- Manage employee affairs: records, onboarding, transfers, and terminations.

- Handle payroll processing, allowances, deductions, overtime, and GOSI.

- Apply Saudi Labor Law accurately, including:

- Leave types and clearance.

- Termination types (resignation, dismissal, contract expiry, etc.).

- End-of-service benefits calculation.

- Supervise performance appraisals, promotions, and internal transfers.

- Conduct internal investigations and manage warnings and violations.

- Prepare monthly reports for top management.

- Improve employee satisfaction and work environment.

Requirements:

- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of government HR systems and platforms.

- Proficiency in HR software and computer applications.

- Very good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ready to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼8,500.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
