Position : Leasing Consultant

Doha, Qatar

A reputable Real Estate Group in Doha is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease residential & commercial properties
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms
• Manage lease documentation and renewals
• Coordinate with internal departments on tenant matters
• Support tenant retention strategies
• Conduct market research and recommend rental rates

Requirements:

✔ 2–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate / Hospitality preferred)

✔ Minimum 3+ years GCC experience

✔ Strong communication skills (English & Arabic)

✔ Sales & public relations skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems

✔ Valid Qatar Driver’s License

✔ Locally available candidates only
