Home Placement Consultant

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and personable Residential Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for real estate and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and lease agreements
• Assist with marketing efforts including social media, signage, and outreach
• Conduct background checks and verify application information
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable
• Support move-in and move-out processes with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy goals

Qualifications:

• Candidates need to have their own personal vehicules
• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM or property management software
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
