: Nurse (IVF OT)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various IVF-related OT procedures including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and hysteroscopy.
• Prepare and maintain OT equipment and instruments in accordance with infection control standards.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs during procedures and provide immediate support in case of emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records as per the protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and other medical staff to ensure smooth workflow during procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and clinical standards of the IVF centre.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in an IVF centre specifically in the OT/Nursing role.
• Strong understanding of OT protocols, sterilization techniques, and IVF cycle management.
• Ability to handle equipment like ultrasound machines, suction devices, anesthesia carts, etc.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,563.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
