Job Title: Team Leader – Marketing (Forex & Financial Education)

Job Type: Full-Time , Work from office only.
Experience Required: 2–4 years in Forex or Indian Stock Market Marketing (with Team Handling Experience)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Team & Individual Incentives

Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader – Marketing (Forex Department) who has strong experience in Forex or Indian Stock Market marketing and can lead a team to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in organic lead generation and the ability to train and motivate a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle and lead a team of marketing executives.

· Plan, monitor, and execute organic marketing campaigns (SEO, content, and social media).

· Generate leads through non-paid channels in the Forex and Stock Market domain.

· Guide and support team members to achieve monthly targets.

· Coordinate with content and sales teams for better lead conversion.

· Track performance reports and ensure productivity across the team.

· Contribute individual leads along with managing team output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2–4 years of experience in Forex or Indian Stock Market marketing (Mandatory).

· Proven team handling or leadership experience.

· Strong knowledge of organic marketing techniques (SEO, content, community engagement).

· Excellent communication and reporting skills.

· Ability to motivate team members and achieve both team and individual goals.

Important Notes

Only candidates with Forex or Indian Stock Market marketing experience will be considered.
Must have team-handling experience (minimum 1 year as TL or similar role).
Must be skilled in organic lead generation (not paid ads).
Candidates who have completed their education only are eligible.

Must completed Graduation.
