Role Overview

We’re looking for a Bidding & Upselling Specialist who can win projects, close deals, and grow account value. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset and experience selling web development and design services to US-based clients.

What You’ll Do

Bid on and manage leads from Social platforms.

Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs

Communicate with prospects via chat, email, and calls

Close deals and upsell additional services (SEO, branding, PPC, SMM, maintenance, etc.)

Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines professionally

Coordinate project handoff with internal teams

Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business

What We’re Looking For

Experience in bidding, sales, or business development (digital services preferred)

Solid understanding of website development and graphic design services

Excellent English communication skills

Strong negotiation and closing ability

Familiarity with US market expectations

Goal-oriented, self-driven, and detail-focused

Nice to Have

Experience working with US-based clients

Background in digital agencies or IT services

CRM or sales pipeline experience
