Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and sales activities
• Lead, train, and motivate the in-store sales team
• Drive WhatsApp marketing campaigns – broadcast new collections, offers, and engage customers online
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-ups
• Ensure top-quality customer service and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets
• Manage stock display, billing, and team coordination

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion retail or ethnic wear store management
• Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing / customer engagement
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Presentable, confident, and result-driven
• Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Own visa preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
