- Operate mobile and heavy equipment to support safe and efficient quarry operations
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance on equipment
- Assist with material handling, processing, and stockpile management
- Monitor site conditions and communicate hazards or equipment issues promptly
- Support general quarry tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant worksite
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy equipment
- Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or outdoor work environments
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
- Capability to perform physical tasks in varying weather and terrain conditions
- Willingness to learn quarry processes, equipment functions, and operational procedures
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $20 per hour
