1. Provide appropriate care to patients, including but not limited to, bathing, vital signs,
and glucose monitoring, walking, and answering the call light as needed.
2. Report abnormal vital signs and glucose reading to nurse who is overseeing patient care.
3. Report a change in-patient to nurse taking care of patient.
4. Documentation in the EMR that are accurate and detailed if needed.
5. Provide clean environment care (straightening up rooms, emptying drains).
6. Provide protection of medical record and maintain HIPPA compliance.
7. Fill out incent reports as needed for actual events and near misses.
8. Other duties as assigned.
