1099 Case Manager – Flexible Schedule – Up to $9,375 per Month
Location: Lexington, KY and surrounding counties
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

About the Role
You will provide Medicaid waiver case management services across the Lexington region, including traditional, PDS, and blended models. You will build and manage your own caseload over time, with consistent opportunities for growth as new clients are assigned.
Once clients are established, ongoing monthly responsibilities are relatively light, allowing you to scale your caseload efficiently.

Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nursing license or bachelor's degree in a human services field
Ability to pass a federal background check
