We’re growing — and looking for a motivated, dependable Freight Dispatcher to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Book profitable freight for owner-operators and fleets
✔ Negotiate rates with brokers
✔ Build and maintain broker relationships
✔ Handle check calls / load tracking
✔ Manage paperwork, rate cons, and dispatch documentation
✔ Problem-solve quickly when issues arise
✔ Keep communication clear with drivers, brokers, and our team

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Dispatch experience preferred (DAT / Truckstop knowledge is a plus)
✔ Strong negotiation skills
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Able to manage multiple trucks/accounts
✔ Professional phone and email communication
✔ Self-motivated / works well remotely
✔ Understanding of lanes, RPM, deadhead, and market trends

Pay Structure Options:

Competitive pay — percentage of trucks managed (depending on experience)
