Career Launcher UAE is looking for an experienced and passionate Biology faculty to teach CBSE Class 11 & 12 Biology and NEET entrance preparation. The ideal candidate should be conceptually strong, exam-oriented, and capable of delivering results-driven teaching aligned with the latest CBSE and NEET syllabus.

This role is best suited for educators who enjoy mentoring senior secondary students and preparing them for competitive medical entrance exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach CBSE Biology for Grades 11 & 12 (as per latest NCERT syllabus)
• Prepare students for NEET (UG) with strong focus on:
• Concept clarity
• Application-based questions
• MCQs and exam strategy
• Plan and deliver structured lessons, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing classes
• Create and use worksheets, practice papers, and mock tests
• Track student performance and provide regular academic feedback
• Maintain classroom discipline and professional communication with centre team
• Follow institute academic standards and schedules strictly

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology / Life Sciences / Zoology / Botany or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching CBSE Biology (11 & 12)
• Prior experience in NEET coaching is mandatory
• Strong command over NCERT Biology
• Excellent explanation and student-engagement skills
• Comfortable teaching small batches and handling mixed-ability classrooms
• Good communication skills in English

Preferred (Good to Have)

• NEET coaching institute experience
• Track record of student results
• Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS)
• Availability during evenings and weekends

Working Hours

• Part-time
• Flexible schedule (weekday evenings and/or weekends)
• Hours based on batch allocation
