1st Class Boiler Operator

Agro Processors & Atmospheric Gases Ltd is looking for Boiler Operator.

Requirements:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain gas and biomass boilers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations
• Conduct regular inspections of boilers, auxiliary equipment, and safety systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot operational issues and take corrective actions promptly
• Monitor boiler parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rates to ensure safe operating conditions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs and records of operations, maintenance, and incidents
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams during shutdowns and repairs
• Report any abnormalities, safety concerns, or breakdowns to the relevant authorities
• Participate in emergency response drills and follow safety protocols at all times

Education:
DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) with 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certificate (Mandatory)

Experience:
5 years Minimum experience of operating gas and biomass boilers
