Manager – Production Solvent Extraction Plant

We are looking for a Manager – Production for a Solvent Extraction Plant located in Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise overall production operations of the solvent extraction plant
• Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining operational continuity
• Monitor plant performance and optimize extraction processes to improve yield and efficiency
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and technical teams to ensure smooth plant operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards within the plant
• Implement process improvements and best operational practices to enhance productivity
• Prepare production reports and provide operational insights to senior management

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Experience: 8–15 years of relevant experience in solvent extraction plants, edible oil processing, or oil refinery operations
• Strong knowledge of solvent extraction processes, plant operations, and production management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of plant safety, process optimization, and quality control
