About the Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) professionals to join leading global brands in Saudi Arabia. We are hiring Restaurant General Managers (RGM) and Assistant Restaurant Managers (ARM) who are passionate about operational excellence, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Requirements

To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a QSR management role
• Strong understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) and EBITDA management
• Professional appearance — no visible tattoos
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with consistency and quality
• Manage teams to deliver high levels of customer service
• Drive sales and optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational processes
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards

Age & Physical Criteria:

• Restaurant General Manager (RGM): up to 35 years
• Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM): up to 33 years
• Minimum height: 5’3” (160 cm) or above
• Weight: below 90 kg
