Accounts Manager – Restaurant Sector

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager for our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate must be a CA Finalist with proven experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector, capable of managing financial reporting, cash controls, inventory, and POS-driven accounting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Pakistani GAAP
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies
• Oversee daily POS reconciliation, cash handling, and bank deposits across outlets
• Manage cash flow planning, working capital, and banking relationships
• Control food cost, inventory, and wastage, including physical stock audits
• Supervise accounts payable & receivable, supplier payments, and aging reports
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
• Develop and enforce financial controls to minimize risk and leakage
• Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and financial reports for management

Requirements

• CA Finalist (Mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience, with minimum 2–3 years in the restaurant or hospitality sector
• Strong knowledge of:
• Restaurant POS systems
• Cash-intensive operations
• Inventory & food cost control
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
