Restaurant Manager ( fast food )

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant's operations and provide exceptional fast food Pizza experiences to our guests. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant activities, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness are maintained.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor and manage restaurant inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and ingredients are available.
• Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their performance and development.
• Interact with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, including expenses, revenue, and profitability
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profitabilit

Role Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills in QSR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of fast food industry especially in Pizza trends and best Familiarity
