2 junior ROTA nannies needed ASAP

2 JUNIOR ROTA NANNIES NEEDED FOR LAYTONSVILLE, MD FAMILY

start date: ASAP

7 days on/ 7 days off OR 14 days on/ 14 days off (family is flexible to either schedule)

open to fly in- fly out candidates, but prefer local

salary: $100,000 per ROTA (no prior ROTA experience needed, but must have 3 FT years of nanny experience with toddler and or baby age group)

4 children ages 10, 8, 16 months, 4 months

16 month old has severe eczema and therefore follows a strict diet and has a supplement regimen- needs a lot of care. family requests no perfume worn in the home due to toddler's health. the older 2 are pretty independent, but care still pertains to them. the children thrive on routine, so nanny must be diligent with running a smooth household

ideal candidate is CPR certified (must), has high energy, a self-starter approach, positive attitude and respects household rules/expectations

must be willing to travel, passport ready

this is a TEAM role, mom is a SAHM who wants to spend time with her children & views this as a team approach. the nanny would work alongside her, this is not an autonomous role.

must have previous experience with infants and toddlers (and 3 professional references to attest to your ability with this age group)

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
