INTERNSHIP FORMAT
This internship will follow a hybrid/in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and are expected to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2026.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
The ECAP organization at Stellantis is responsible for evaluating the economic profitability of North American programs and providing reliable, consistent, and shared economic advice for each project. This involves monitoring profitability and convergence plans throughout the entire development phase. As an intern, you will work closely with Model Controllers, supporting financial controllership over Industrial, Commercial, and Product Inputs. The group aids the operations teams by offering financial analysis to inform product decisions. A key function of the organization is to prepare financial business cases using KPI analysis to assess the viability of Vehicle Programs. In this role, you will learn about the vehicle product development process as well as the management process throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Sales and Marketing or a related field
Completion of sophomore year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2026
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite applications
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations.
