About the Role
ofi’s internship program is a great way to gain relevant experience to jump-start your career. You will work closely with exceptional talent, building on our purpose to “Be the Change for Good Food and a Healthy Future” and contributing to critical work for the business. As a Summer 2026 Intern, you will have opportunities to learn and contribute to what’s on trend in food & beverage while building a robust network, demonstrating leadership skills, and having fun.
The Business Analytics Intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to core business operations. They will contribute to strategic projects that improve customer insights, optimize sales performance, and enhance data quality. Through hands-on work with real datasets, the intern will help identify opportunities for operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate should be in good standing with an accredited university and have a desire to pursue a career within the food industry. Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment while working with multiple teams across various locations and effective communication will be required for success in this internship.
Key Responsibilities-
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Modeling: Build models to estimate the lifetime value of different customer segments. Use historical data to identify trends and support retention and marketing strategies.

Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze conversion rates across the sales funnel. Identify drop-off points and recommend improvements to increase conversion.

Data Quality Audit: Audit datasets for missing values, duplicates, inconsistent formats, and outliers. Collaborate with data owners to resolve issues and improve data reliability.

Data Dictionary Creation: Document key fields across datasets including definitions, units, data types, and sources. Build a reference guide to support onboarding and improve data literacy across teams.

Customer Data Enrichment: Enhance customer records with additional fields such as geographic location and engagement scores. Support segmentation and targeted marketing efforts.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve the usability of analytics tools and documentation.
What You’ll Bring-
Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, working toward a bachelor’s or master's degree in business, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

The pay for this role in the state of IL is $22/hour and is based on position responsibilities and geographic location.
Interns with permanent addresses more than 35 miles from the work location are eligible for a stipend to offset relocation and housing costs.
