Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Workforce Development Intern to
join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workforce
development initiatives and contribute to meaningful projects that support our organization's
diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of workforce development programs and events.
Support the development and implementation of DEI training materials and resources.
Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to identify and address workforce development needs.
Participate in meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
Assist in the coordination of internship and volunteer programs.

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business

Administration, Education, Psychology and Sociology or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Passion for workforce development, diversity equity and inclusion, and a desire to learn

and grow in the field.
