Position Overview

The Inspector is responsible for inspecting large rolls of material, identifying non-conforming goods, and ensuring quality standards are met before product shipment or further processing. This hands-on role is key to maintaining product integrity and supporting our commitment to excellence in every roll.

Shift:
1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Visually inspect jumbo rolls or material to ensure quality standards are met

Measure and cut inspected material into 30-yard bolts

Identify and document non-conforming goods

Accurately report good vs. scrap yardage

Bag inspected material and place on skids for shipment or storage

Label, post, and organize finished goods

Use Koroseal systems including System 21 and WIP to record activity and production data

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Perform all other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Ability to use and become certified in hoist operation

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable standing for extended periods

Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills

Computer literacy is a plus

Must pass a physical, drug screening, and background check
