Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary. This full-time position is essential to ensuring the smooth operation in our schools. Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Manage and maintain schedules, including booking appointments and coordinating meetings.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.

Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.

Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Support various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
