Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
* Identify, record, and meticulously document bugs and software defects.
* Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure they are met.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes and methodologies.
* Analyse test results and provide clear, concise feedback to the development team.
* Conduct manual testing and explore opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience working as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is highly desirable.
* Experience with automated testing tools would be considered an advantage.
