Essential Job Functions and Basic Duties

• Conduct yourself with a positive, “can‑do” attitude

• Provide excellent customer service to pharmacy patients

• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, pharmacists, and team members

• Assist with customer interactions at the pharmacy counter

• Support pharmacy workflow and operational tasks

• Help maintain safety and sanitation standards

• Visually examine products for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling

• Demonstrate integrity and strong work ethic at all times

• Effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment

• All other related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for extended periods:
Standing, walking, bending, lifting/stocking up to 25–50 lbs., pushing, sitting, keyboarding, and telephone use.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
