2D & 3D Designer

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare 2D technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations for client presentations, approvals, and internal design reviews.
• Assist in creating renderings, walkthroughs, and 3D perspectives for design concepts.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design compliance with technical, material, and client requirements.
• Work with design, procurement, and project teams to prepare drawings for fabrication and site execution.
• Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure all drawings and models adhere to company standards, UAE regulations, and project specifications.
• Keep track of updates to drawings and ensure version control of all documents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design and fit-out projects, preferably in UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, joinery, finishes, lighting, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to translate conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings and 3D visuals.
• Good knowledge of rendering, materials, and lighting techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
