Job Summary – 2D / 3D Developer (Construction)

Annadham Homz, Trivandrum is looking for a creative and skilled 2D/3D Developer to join our construction and design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and design layouts for residential and commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of design software and the ability to convert project concepts into realistic and professional visual presentations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to support project planning and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D architectural drawings and layouts
• Develop 3D models and realistic renderings
• Create construction design presentations
• Modify designs based on project requirements
• Coordinate with architects and site teams
• Maintain design accuracy and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience in 2D & 3D construction or architectural designing
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar software
• Strong visualization and creative skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
